Everyone is biased.

Like it or not, it’s just the way we humans are wired.

Of course, we humans like to think of ourselves as rational creatures making decisions based on logic and reason. And sometimes we actually do.

Other times, we just trust our gut. That’s how unconscious bias works.

Our goal with this blog -- and the bigger purpose of BiasSync in general -- is to help people become conscious of unconscious bias. Specifically, we’ll focus on providing the knowledge and tools for businesses to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Also, we hope becoming mindful of our subconscious might somehow raise our collective consciousness.

(It’s a good start, anyway.)

This blog will share all aspects of unconscious bias. The science. Academics. Thought leadership. And for people as passionate about the subject as we are, maybe even a sense of community.

That might sound lofty for a blog, but we’ll start simple -- and hopefully with your help, grow it into something special over time.

BiasSync. Our purpose is to create more fair and respectful workplaces. For more information on BiasSync – training, unconscious bias assessments and measurements - visit: BiasSync.com
